  • Risk, Compliance, provided guidance on ADA, FLSA, Disability Leave, ADEA regulations for (non)exempt and project-based employee’s in all 50 states.
  • Training and New Hire Orientation for call center staff, healthcare staff, operations, developed training guides, mentoring program for career pathing for (non)exempt staff, develop KSA’s to support department, creating training/onboarding, handbooks and operational strategies. 
  • Workforce analysis for staffing projections, performed job analysis on each role within the business unit to determine appropriate pay ranges, essential functions and KSA’s. 

Vendor Management and Contract Administrator

  • Establish vendor vetting matrix to ensure quality in service or product deliver
  • Create criteria for RFP submissions including product overview, industry expertise, and ability to deliver consistently on an annual basis, align to audit checklist
  • Create QBR to review vendor abilities on quality versus cost
  • Education  & Support to companies to ensure best value to product delivery in a competitive environment
  • Audit and provide contract templates to ensure legal responsibilities to both vendor and client
  • Establish single point of contact versus scattered responsibility, which ensures high production in lieu of lost revenue
